Zomato Swiggy Down Users Report

Food ordering apps Zomato and Swiggy are down in many parts of the country on Wednesday afternoon coinciding with the lunch time rush when the number of orders typically see a bump.

Users took to twitter to report outage as many are unable to place order.

Reportedly the issude is that of a technical snag that appeared to have been caused by an Amazon Web Services crash that many online platforms depend on.

Surprisingly, it was only yesterday that the Competition Commission of India (CCI) ordered a probe against Zomato and Swiggy for unfair trade practices.

This is a developing story. Stay tuned!
