Farmer Murdered for not sharing Water Pipe in Budaun, Uttar Pradesh

Dalit Farmer Uttar Pradesh Murdered

A 56-year-old Dalit Farmer was purportedly whipped to death in the Budaun area of Uttar Pradesh after he refused to share his water pipe. The man was supposedly killed by another farmer who lives in the territory.

The deceased was recognized as Natthu Lal Jatav. Jatav was a negligible farmer in Din Nagar Sheikhpur town which is situated around 20 kilometers from Budaun. He was supposedly beheaded by Roop Kishore on Monday. (September 28, 2020).

As per the facts of the case, Kishore inquired as to whether he could share water from one of the lines from the water system of Jatav. Jatav refused to allow him. Thereafter, Kishore began mishandling Jatav and they had a argument.

Kishore began whipping Jatav with a stick, following which, a portion of local people raced to the spot. During this time, Kishore saw a spade and assaulted Jatav. Kishore purportedly beheaded the 56-year-old with the spade.

The eyewitnesses said that they ran away from the spot in fear. The deceased mans son told the police that he was working with his father in the evening and went back to home for having dinner when the accused Kishore approached him. He further added Around midnight, Mahinder (a local) came to our house and told me Roop Kishore had killed my father. I rushed there, hoping he was wrong. I saw my father's beheaded body lying in the fields. "

Ompal also mentioned that other people were also involved in his fathers murder. He alleged that the prime accused also fled from the spot. However, Police found Kishore in a forest nearby.
