Satellite phone was caught at IGI, Delhi

The personnel of CISF (Central Industrial Security Force) caught a French national at the Indra Gandhi International airport, Delhi.

During pre-embarkation security check (PESC) at Security Hold Area (SHA) of IGI Airport, SI/Exe Subant Kumar of CISF detected an Iridium make satellite Phone from the hand baggage of a foreign passenger identified as Pierre Laurent Bouilhol (French National) bound for Leh by GoAir flight No. G8-215 (STD-0500 hrs).

As the satellite phone is banned in India, he was offloaded and handed over to Delhi Police for further legal action in the matter.
