Air Quality Management Committee informs SC which industries would start functioning now

Committee for Air Quality Management informs Supreme Court that below industries would start functioning now:

  1. Milk, Dairy in Delhi NCR
  2. Medicines, Drugs manufacture 
  3. Paper, pulp processing 
  4. Paddy, rice processing
  5. Textiles, Garments manufacturing

Ministry for Power has informed the commission that "number of thermal power plants that can be shut down cannot be further increased, even shutting down of the six plants within 300 kms radius of Delhi would also not be feasible beyond December 15, 2021"
