New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will retain their respective portfolios in the Modi 3.0 government. The BJP has decided to keep all four major cabinet positions within its fold.

Additionally, allies like TDP, JD(U), LJP (RV), and JD(S) have been assigned significant portfolios in the new Cabinet. TDP's Ram Mohan Naidu will serve as the new Civil Aviation Minister, JD(U)'s Lalan Singh has been appointed Minister of Panchayati Raj, and Chirag Paswan will head the Ministry of Food Processing Industries. JD(S)' HD Kumaraswamy will assume the roles of Minister of Heavy Industries and Minister of Steel.

The much-anticipated portfolio allocation, announced following the first Cabinet meeting of the new Modi government, emphasizes continuity. The NDA 3.0, under Prime Minister Modi, aims to maintain growth momentum and synergy in its third consecutive term at the Centre.

Here's the full list of ministers and their respective portfolios:

1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi: Also in-charge of Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions; Department of Atomic Energy; Department of Space; All important policy issues; and all other portfolios not allocated to any Minister.
