Daughter of Ex Congress MP discards Hamas atrocities on Israelis as fake news

Amidst the military operations in Gaza following the terror attack on October 7, a concerning surge in pro-Hamas sentiments has been observed globally, especially among certain left-liberal groups, alongside Islamist factions.

And the recent one is from  OP Jindal Global University, where the daughter of former Congress MP Husain Dalwai, Prof. Sameena Dalwai discarded the news of Hamas atrocities on Israelis as "fake news created by Indian troll armies".
In an official email addressed to faculty members, Professor Sameena Dalwai wrote, Indias response has been sad. Fake news of Hamas atrocity in created by Indian troll armies.

While calling for respecting others' opinions, in the same breath she states that the only reason she has kept quiet about 'Jai Shri Ram' slogans by "right-wing students and faculty at their events" on campus, is to "maintain peace".

An armed conflict between Hamas-led Palestinian militant groups and Israeli military forces broke out on 7 October 2023, with a Hamas attack on southern Israel, to which Israeli military forces retaliated with extensive strikes in Palestine's Gaza Strip.
