Stalin Junior's Remarks on Sanatana Dharma Spark Comparisons with UK PM's Proud Hindu Identity

After Tamil Nadu minister Udhayanidhi Stalin's objectionable remarks against Sanatana Dharma, some people are now comparing him with United Kingdoms Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. Why? Because Sunak has recently called himself a proud Hindu and emphasized a strong connection to India.

As you heard, in the first video Udhayanidhi had, while addressing a conference of Progressive Writers in Chennai on September 2, said that Sanatana Dharma is like dengue and malaria which needed to be eradicated. Such things should not be opposed, but destroyed, he further added.

On the other hand, UK PM Rishi Sunak has talked about his religious identity. He said, I'm a proud Hindu, and that's how I was raised. That's how I am. Hopefully, I can visit a Mandir while I'm here for the next couple of days," Sunak said after landing in New Delhi for G20 Summit.
