4 Killed in Vienna Terror Attack at 6 Locations; 1 Gunman Shot Dead

A gunshot attack was carried out in Vienna, Austria just a few hours before when the lockdown was about to be imposed due to the coronavirus and the people were enjoying their last night out.

On Monday, November 2, 2020, at around 8 pm people heard some noise and thought it to be firecrackers. After a while, they realized that it was not firecrackers but gunshots. One of the witnesses of the attack said that the Gunman was heavily armed, and they fired 50 shots with their deadly weapon.

It felt just like some film going on when some police officers came and asked the people to stay indoors. A dead man was seen outside. The officers sealed the complete city and in process of their search, one of the suspects was shot dead.

The officers are unaware of the number of people involved in the attack and are making investigations into this. The police officer revealed that two men and two women were killed in the attack and as many as 15 people were injured.

The residents are restricted to come out of their homes and visit public places till the situation turns normal. The Opera House and many other places are guarded by the police officer.

Ever since this day Austria had never witnessed such a terror attack and the residents were left in shock and terror after the incident.

All the nations raised their voice against such terrorist activities and in support of Austria called such it a cowardly act .
