Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) invites applications for the position of Manager Legal Corporate.

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support for day to day operations of various businesses.
  • Prepare base drafts for transactions being undertaken by the businesses.
  • Consult with business teams to understand commercial and business issues.
  • Carrying out research on various legal issues, compliance requirements under various laws.
  • Identifying legal, business and commercial risk and communicating the same to business teams.
  • Assisting corporate legal team in transactional work including conducting legal due diligence.

Education Requirement: LLB

Experience

  • 2-3 years of relevant post qualification experience with law firm or in house Corporate team.
  • Experience of advisory work in the following areas:
    • Corporate and Commercial laws
    • Contract review

Skills & Competencies

  1. Current and updated knowledge of Corporate and Commercial laws.
  2. Effective communication skills with attention to detail.
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
