Hemrajs wife file appeal against acquittal of Talwars
The acquittal of couple Rajesh and Nupur Talwar in the 2008 twin murder case of their daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj has been challenged in the Supreme Court by Hemrajs wife.
In October, the Allahabad High Court acquitted the couple, saying they could not be held guilty on the basis of the evidence on record.
Challenging the verdict, Hemrajs wife contended that they want justice and the guilty must be punished as it is the primary responsibility of the Government and authorities to ensure that the culprit was brought to book.
