In view of rapidly increasing Covid-19 cases in Delhi, the Delhi High Court has temporarily amended the process related to service of notice, summons and daks.

Chief Justice DN Patel, by the order dated June 3rd, has directed that all documents/ summons/ daks/ notices through physical mode be put to a stop, except when theres a specific order to that effect by court.

It further directs that such documents can be supplied through fax, email or WhatsApp.
