CJI: The purpose of our direction earlier is that you can circulate written arguments early. We have been getting it from last 10 PM. These written arguments cannot be understood. This is not the way it is done

Salve: I am also not happy

CJI: There are several issues, I dont understand which issue you are focussing. We have our own notes.

Salve: I apologise, possibly they did not understand what the court wanted. I believe Amazon has also filed something.

Salve: It wasnt filed till last evening. It appears that it came to my email last evening

CJI: Tell us what you want to do? We are ready for anything.

Salve: Please pass it over. I will take instructions

CJI: Amazon put in written arguments at 10 last night. Since the board was light, I was able to read it. How can it be like this?
