Sr Adv Shyam Divan: There is a judicial order dated January 10, 2022 passed by bench of Justice Chandrachud & Bopanna J where directions have been issued for papers to be placed before the administrative side

CS Vaidyanathan: Appeal itself needs to be listed.

CJI: What is this matter?

Divan: Challenges in this matter as far as Krishna award is concerned. It's only for constitution of the bench. Both Karnataka & Maharashtra have been requesting for the same.

CJI: Well look into this. Why don't you settle? Cant you settle

Divan: Some of the interim aspects can be considered for mediation. But for Final Adjudication of matter, it needs to be required to be considered by appropriate bench.
