Delhi HC refuses to hear plea alleging lack of security in courts; CJ Patel says we have already taken suo motu cognisance.

DelhiHC refuses to hear an application, filed in a disposed of plea alleging complete lack of security measures at the entry of the Delhi High Court and all district courts. The application was filed in the wake of recent shooting incident happened in Rohini Court.

A Civil Miscellaneous Application in a disposed of matter is not tenable at law- ruled the Bench led by CJ DelhiHC.

DelhiHC- the liberty is given to petitioner to intervene in Suo Motu
taken by Us on the incident which taken place in Rohini Court.

CJ DN Patel Said we have already taken Suo Motu cognizance on the incident which is listed today.
