Petitioner had received Sputnik and since it is not approved by WHO he cannot travel abroad and thus he seeks voluntary re-vaccination

SC: The court has been moved under this article 32 without making representation to the govt. this is a matter of scientific assessment. He should highlight the hardship by him and other such individuals before health ministry. MoHFW to consider it appropriately.

Adv urges a time bound consideration

Justice DY Chandrachud: This is not possible. this is not a bail plea. Please move the authorities.

Supreme Court holds:

1. No one can be forced to be vaccinated
2. Centre directed to publish adverse effects of vaccination
3. Current COVID vaccine policy NOT unreasonable or arbitrary
4. Cannot second guess scientific or expert opinion
