The Delhi High Court has halted its earlier order to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) to look into alleged over-invoicing by the company, stating that the same will be in abeyance till the Supreme Court has decided a review plea filed in a related case.
