The Telangana High Court says that pursuant to the Supreme Court's directions in the case of Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay versus Union of India, the Court has formed a special bench to monitor all pending cases against Members of Parliament (MPs) and Members of Legislative Assemblies (MLAs) in the state.

Immediately stop caste-based survey: Patna High Court to Bihar Government [Read Order]
The Patna High Court has directed the Bihar government to immediately stop the caste-based survey, stating that the State has no power to carry out such an exercise. The court also expressed serious reservations on sharing the data collected in the survey and fixed July 7 as the next date for the hearing.
