Chief Judicial Magistrate, along with other judges suspended for doing Nagin dance in Judicial Uniforms.

A farewell party was held in Madhya Pradesh, upon the retirement of a District Judge. Chief Judicial Magistrate Pankaj Jaiswal and a clerk performed a Nagin dance heavily. The two were joined along by two female judges who danced along with great frenzy. Someone in presence made a video of all this and it gained immediate attention after it went viral. The act got attention more so as they were all dressed in their official Uniforms.

A Suo Moto Cognizance was taken by the High Court and the  Babus were immediately suspended from duty. The Chief Judicial Magistrate Jaiswal, lady judge Sonali Sharma, and Judge Rachna Atulkar were also suspended with immediate effect.

When District Judge Shukla retired a few weeks ago, a farewell party was planned at his bungalow. To attend this party, all of the judges had arrived in their official uniform. 

When the song was played at the party, the judges began to dance in their uniforms. Chief Judicial Magistrate Jaiswal began to dance the serpent (Nagin dance). Someone made a video of it, which quickly went viral on social media. The High Court took Suo Motu cognizance of the case and sent it to the judge of Indore for investigation. According to the investigations findings, three judges and two babus have been suspended.
