Lawyer Who ardently voiced issuesthat Arose Due to COVID-19, Succumbs to Death due to the virus

On Thursday (September 24, 2020) senior Corporate Lawyer P. Nagesh dies of COVID-19 in Hyderabad. He was a renowned Corporate Lawyer with over 26 years of experience in corporate laws, advisory, and litigation.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he brought relief to lakhs of SSC aspirants and he was the first lawyer that drove everyone towards oxygen management in state-run hospitals. But a week ago, he succumbed to a massive heart attack and on Thursday, he died battling the novel coronavirus. 

One of his PIL resulted in an order that directed the State hearse vehicles at the government hospitals to carry out dead bodies from hospitals to homes. His latest PIL plea was listed before the Bench headed by CJ Raghvendra Singh Chauhan of the High Court on Thursday.
