Patna High Court Apple iPhone For All Judges

The Patna High Court published a tender inviting suppliers or authorised dealers to provide all of the court's judges with an iPhone 13 Pro with 256GB of storage. Additionally, the tender requests that prospective providers provide a price for the models that includes GST and service charges.

The supplier or dealer must also explicitly state their "GST number, PAN, AADHAR, email, and a registered mobile number" in the quotation, according to the court. According to the court, "Headquarters/office of the firm/Shop must be located in Patna." The tender specifies that after the bill is submitted in duplicate, "no advance payment shall be made and payment will be made through bank (CFMS mode), instead of cash."

The Patna High Court also notes that the company or supplier must be prepared to provide iPhone service as needed. Furthermore, defective materials should be replaced immediately by the concerned firms, free of cost, within the warranty period.
