Vakeel Saab: Restore original Preamble of Constitution, says Adv. Ashwini Upadhyay

Advocate Ashwini Upadhyay filed a PIL to remove the words 'Secular' and 'Socialism' from the Preamble of the Constitution and demanded to restore the original Preamble.

The Basic Structure of the Preamble was changed during the Emergency with the addition of two words secular and socialism that were already rejected 3 times by the constitutional committee, Adv Upadhyay said.
