Advocate Ashwini Upadhyay filed a PIL to remove the words 'Secular' and 'Socialism' from the Preamble of the Constitution and demanded to restore the original Preamble.

Listen to our new episode of Vakeel Saab, where Adv Upadhyay explains why the removal of ‘secular’ and ‘socialism’ is necessary.
