Supreme Court to hear Adani Power's termination of the Power Purchase Agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Ltd

A 5-judge bench of the Supreme Court to hear today  at 10.30 AM the curative petition against its 3-judge verdict of 2019 which upheld Adani Power's termination of the Power Purchase Agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Ltd(GUVL).

On September 17, Supreme Court issued notice in GUVL's curative petition against the 2019 verdict favoring Adani Power.

A bench of CJI NV Ramana, Justices UU Lalit, DY Chandrachud, BR Gavai & Surya Kant to hear the curative plea 10.30 AM.
