S D Shibulal buys Infosys shares worth Rs 100 cr. from wife Kumari Shibulal

Kumari Shibulal sold Infosys shares worth Rs 100 crore to her husband and co-founder of Infosys S D Shibulal through an open market transaction.

According to the sources the stake of S D Shibulal had gone up by 0.10% and Kumari Shibulals by 0.16% before this transaction. Kumari Shibulal stated while filing that they are sharing the details of sale of 7,45,150 equity shares which represent the 0.2% of the Infosys, and the transaction took place of 24th May through block sale on the stock exchange platform. 

As mentioned in the regulatory filing, Mr Shibulal bought more than 7.45 lakh shares at the price of Rs 1,342.05 (per share), leading to the transaction of Rs 100 crores. 

Before this transaction, S D Shibulal had also bought Rs. 100 crore worth of the firms scripts on 12th of May and another transaction of the same kind was done on 19th May through open market dealings. Both the scrips were discharged by Kumari Shibulal.
