Tech Mahindra Limited has appointed Vineet Vij as its Global General Counsel from April 29, 2019. He will be responsible for the legal affairs of Tech Mahindra and all its group companies worldwide.
Vij has a rich professional experience of more than 25 years in Legal, Secretarial, Regulatory, Compliance as well as Corporate and Public Affairs in different sectors like Information Technology, IT-enabled services, Banking & NBFC companies.
Before joining Tech Mahindra, Vij worked as Senior Vice President-Legal, Commercial, Regulatory & Commercial, at HCL Technologies Limited for about 12 years.
He had also worked with the Tata Group for about 10 years, besides Punj Lloyd Ltd and American Express India Pvt Ltd.
