Advocate Files Criminal Complaint Against Kangana Ranaut for Mocking the Judiciary and Causing Disharmony Between Religious Groups [Read Complaint]

Advocate Ali Kaashif Deshmukh has filedan FIR against KanganaRanaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel for charges of sedition before Andheri magistrate court last week. 

Advocate Ali Kaashif Khan Deshmukh is a Mumbai based advocate who has accused KanganaRanaut of attacking not just the Maharashtra Police and government in connection with the death case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput but of also promoting enmity amongst the people for political gain.

Advocate Ali Kaashif Khan Deshmukh said that he has filed a private complaint at Andheri police station on July 27, 2020, requesting to register an FIR against KanganaRanaut for spreading hate and breaking the brotherhood as well as the integrity of the country through tweets.

The complainant advocate has referred to several tweets by the actor on various subjects like Mumbai turning into "Pakistan Occupied Kashmir" calling state Home Minister Anil Deshmukh as Talibani

"Who all are fasting on Navratris? The picture clicked from today's celebrations as I am also fasting, meanwhile another FIR filed against me, PappuSena in Maharashtra seems to be obsessing over me." 

 The complainant advocate Ali Kaashif Khan Deshmukh alleged that KanganaRanauts this tweet is against the judiciary.

Advocate Ali Kaashif Khan Deshmukh has urged the court to take cognizance of the issue and take necessary action against KanganaRanaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel for offences which The Indian Penal Code 1860 (IPC) and any other acts which the court deems fit.

The Metropolitan Magistrate 65th court, Andheri, Mumbai has set November 10 as the next date for hearing the case.

This is not the first case against the actor and her sister recently Metropolitan Magistrate JaydeoGhule passed an order under Section 156(3) of CrPC after finding a prima facie case against the actor and her sister.

Bandra police issued summons to the 33-year-old actor and her sister to appear before Bandra police station on October 26 and 27,2020 on the above matter.

Munnawarali Sayyed casting director in the Hindi Film Industry before Bandra Court was filed for registration of FIR against the actor.

A court in Karnataka had ordered registration of an FIR against KanganaRanaut over her tweets against farmers protests with respect to farmers bill being passed and calling them terrorists.
