Prosecution Supplies Charge-sheet To Defense Council In The Medical College Bribery Case Pending Before Special CBI Court - Lawstreet Journal

The Prosecution in the infamous medical college bribery has supplied a copy of the charge sheet and other relevant material to the Defense Counsel. The special CBI Court that was looking into the matter has adjourned the hearing to January 31, 2020. 

The matter was being heard by Special CBI Judge Anil Kumar Sisodia who had taken cognizance of the charge sheet that was filed in the case.

The Court earlier in the matter had summoned Former Orissa High Court Judge, Justice IM Quddusi in connection with the matter. Other accused persons who were summoned in the case are BP Yadav and Palash Yadav of Prasad Education Trust, Ramdev Saraswat, Sudhir Giri and Biswanath Agrawala.
