School bus crushes cyclist to death in Gurugrams sector 44

Today (August 2nd, 2018) a school bus of Delhi Public School, Gurugram ran over a cyclist and crushed him to death in Sector 44, Gurugram near Gold Souk. At around 7 AM, the police officials of Sector 43, Sushant Lok, Gurugram, reached the spot and confirmed the news of the death.

 

After the incident, many people gathered at the spot of the accident and tried to vandalize the bus by breaking the windows.

As per the report of the police official of the station, a case of death has been registered and the investigation has been carried on by the police.

However, further details are yet to be known on the exact number of deaths and current condition of the bus.

In the recent times, many such incidents have come to light with the increasing number of rash driving cases on Gurugram roads, making the city roads the deadliest in Delhi NCR with the maximum number of accidents reported. Such incidents are covered under section 304 A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860providing punishment of imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
