RUN FOR DRUG FREE FUTURE ! ShilpAarambh organises marathon in GIFT City, Gujarat

'Shilp Aarambh' is organising a marathon on Sunday February 26, 2023 at Gift City, Gandhinagar with a rallying cry for drug free future.

Parshottam Rupala, Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Government of India, Harsh Ramesh Sanghavi, Minister for Home, Sports & Youth Services Government of Gujarat, Rushikesh Patel, Minister of Health & Family Welfare, Higher and Technical Education, Medical Education, Law & Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Government of Gujarat, Vikas Sahay, IPS and Director General & Inspector General of Police, Gujarat State Police, Sameer Wankhede IRS Additional Commissioner, DGPS would be esteemed guests on the occasion.

The run supported by Indian Coast Guard and Gujarat police is an initiative of Sneh Shilp Foundation.

Kargil war veteran and India's first blade runner Major (Rtd) D P Singh is the brand ambassador.

There would be three categories of run - 5 kms, 10 kms and 21 kms. All the participants would get T Shirt, medal, certificate of participation and refreshments. Prize money to all categories would be upto Rs. six lakhs.

The registration fees for the run have been fixed as Rs. 250 for 5 kms, Rs. 450 for 10 kms and Rs. 650 for 21 kms.
