In exclusive interview with LawStreet Journal, Adv. Ojha stated that he has named Kangana Ranaut and Sushants father as witnesses in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide. The case has been filed against eight Bollywood biggies including Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ekta Kapoor and others u/s 306, 109, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

In the complaint it is alleged that "Sushant Singh Rajput was removed from around 7 films and some of his films were not released. Such a situation was created which forced him to take the extreme step."
