Gujarat  Metro  Rail  Corporation  (GMRC)  Limited,  a  50:50  Special  Purpose  Vehicle  (SPV)jointly owned by Government of India and Government of Gujarat is entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project.

Job description

1 post of Legal Assistant (Equivalent to Assistant Manager) for Operations Wing.

Eligibility

· Candidate must be a full-time graduate degree with three years  LLB reputed univ-ersity having minimum 7  to  9  years of experience in prescribed post qualification in the following areas:  Arbitration,  Industrial  Law,  Labour  Laws,  Contract  Agreements,  Administrative  Law  &  Company  Law.  

· Candidate  should  be  proficient  in  practices  &  procedures  of  Civils  Courts,  Tribuna-ls,  Arbitration  Proceedings,  submission  of  pleading  and  execution  of  decrees  /  awa-rds.  Drafting  plaint,  written  statement,  affidavits  and  various  types  of  petitions  to  be  filed  in  the  court  /  tribunals. 

· Also responsible for Drafting and scrutiny of various documents such as agreements like JV Agreements,  service and security bonds, guarantee bonds and sale deeds etc. Preferen-ce will be given to persons  having  registration  in  Gujarat  Bar  Council  with  10  years  seniority  and  have  gujarati  language  proficiency.

Salary

50,000 to 1,60,000
