About the organisation

Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MAHA-METRO), is a 50:50 jointly owned company of Government of India and Government of Maharashtra.

All metro rail projects will be covered under the legal framework of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978; the Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2002; and the Railways Act, 1989, as amended from time to time.

Job Description and location

1 post of Legal Assistant (NS4) for Nagpur Metro Rail Project.

Eligibility

Degree in LL.B. from a recognized University.

Experience of at least one of the following

  • Candidate should have a minimum of 1-year working experience in the IDA Pay scale of Rs. 20,000 60,000/-
  • CDA pay Matrix Level-03 (7th CPC) in the field of Legal Department of Metro Rail/Railway/Government Organization/Railway PSUs.
  • Worked in a Government Metro Rail Project for at least 01 Year directly/indirectly in the Legal Department.

Salary

Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 80,000/-
