Job description

Applications are invited through online for General Recruitment to 38 posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division) in Andhra Pradesh State Judicial Service comprising of 31 vacancies to be filled under Direct Recruitment, and 07 vacancies to be filled under Recruitment by Transfer.

The recruitment process shall be governed by Andhra Pradesh State Judicial (Service & Cadre) Rules, 2007.

Eligibility

Only those candidates who possess the qualifications prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh State Judicial (Service & Cadre) Rules, 2007 which are mentioned below, shall be eligible to apply

Direct Recruitment: A person who has been practicing for not less than three (3) years as an Advocate, as on the first day of the month in which notification/advertisement is published in newspapers i.e. 01.O6.2019 shall be eligible to apply for the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division) under Direct Recruitment.

Recruitment By Transfer: A person applying under Recruitment by Transfer must possess a Degree in Law awarded by any University established by Law in India and must be a confirmed member or approved probationer in any one of the categories mentioned below.
