Delhi Court defers bail order of Umar Khalid

Delhi Court defers bail order of Umar Khalid in an Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act case of Delhi riots.

Delhi Court defers to tomorrow order in Umar Khalids bail application in connection with a case alleging larger conspiracy into the Delhi riots of 2020, involving charges under Indian Penal Code and UAPA.

Order will be pronounced at 12 PM tomorrow.

Additional Sessions Judge Amitabh Rawat said that since the order is under correction, the same will be pronounced tomorrow at 12 PM.

After the bail order of Umar Khalid was deferred yesterday, a Delhi Court is set to deliver it today at 12 noon. Khalid is facing charges under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Indian Penal Code in connection with a Delhi riots case.
