Delhi High Court Issues Order Regarding Posting/Transfer Of Members Of Delhi Judicial Service [Read Order]

The Delhi High Court on March 26, 2019, issued an order to make postings/transfers of 146 judicial officers in the Delhi Judicial Services.

As per the order, the postings/transfers will come into effect from April 4, 2019.

Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges of this Court have been pleased to make the following postings/transfers in the Delhi Judicial Service with effect from 09.04.2019, the order reads.

The judicial officers that are mentioned in the list will be under the control of the District & Sessions Judge of the District to which they have been allocated.

The District & Sessions Judge is required to ensure that the proper track is kept about the movement of cases from transferor court(s) to transferee court(s) due to the postings/transfers and no inconvenience is caused to the lawyers and litigants in the transfer of cases.
