New Delhi: In a groundbreaking move, the Delhi High Court is set to become the first court in India to provide Wi-Fi access to everyone on its premises. This initiative aims to address the persistent network issues faced by lawyers, litigants, and court staff, significantly enhancing the court system's efficiency and connectivity.
The official inauguration of this service is scheduled for May 29th, 2024. The ceremony will be graced by the presence of Acting Chief Justice Manmohan and IT Committee Chairman Justice Rajiv Shakdher, who will formally launch the facility.
This initiative marks a significant step towards modernizing the court's infrastructure and ensuring seamless digital access, aligning with global standards.
