Jharkhand High Court extends Lalus provisional bail by six weeks on medical grounds

Today (June 29th, 2018) the Jharkhand High Court extended the provisional bail of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav in the fodder scam cases by six weeks, i.e., till August 17th, 2018 on medical grounds.

The case is pertaining to illegal withdrawal of money from the Deogarh, Chaibasa and Dumka treasuries.

Earlier, the court has convicted Lalu in the multi-crore fodder scam cases.

Lalu is presently undergoing treatment in Mumbai.
