The District Commission, Andaman and Nicobar Islands does not accept consumer complaints in hard copies and insists on mandatory e-filing. E-filing is possible only through Advocates. Common man faces impossible in e-filing. So we are compelled not to ventilated our grievances. My questions are 1. Whether e-filing of complaint is mandatory? 2.
