SC hearing PIL clinical trial data of Covid19 vaccines

SC hearing PIL which has sought information on clinical trial data of Covid-19 vaccines, which have been given emergency use authorization in the country.

Vaccine Data Plea also seeks directions to make public the segregated data of  clinical trials for vaccines that are being administered to the population in India under Emergency Use Authorisation. Plea also questioned illegal mandates and coercive action in case of non-vaccination

Bhushan said mandates are still being issued. People are losing their job and the matter be taken up for hearing on an early date

SG Tushar Mehta: Kindly adjourn it by three weeks. We are yet to file our affidavit
