Sheena Bora Murder Case Indrani Mukerjea

SC agrees to hear bail plea of Indrani Mukerjea in Sheena Bora murder case and seeks response from CBI. SC to take up her plea after two weeks.

Supreme Court notices in Indrani Mukerjeas bail plea. Sr.Adv Mukul Rohatgi appears and submits The trial has been on going for the last 6.5 years, it wont get over in the next 10 years. There are many more witnesses to be examined and there is no judge in the CBI court.

CBI files its reply before a Special CBI court on accused Indrani Mukerjea's plea seeking a probe into her claim that Sheena is alive; NDOH is on March 3.

Mukerjea claims that a jail inmate had told her about meeting Sheena in Kashmir.
