Supreme Court is hearing a plea filed by Alibaba Cloud (India) challenging the order passed by the Madhya Pradesh High court which had rejected interim relief for restoration of the operation of their bank account which was attached by a Sessions Court

State of MP Counsel Saurabh Mishra: full cooperation has not come from Alibaba. There have not been full disclosure, Unless there is full disclosure how can there be defreezing of account

Justice Khanwilkar: what are the areas on what you want disclosure

Mishra: please keep it pending and we will send a questionnaire on what disclosure we want

SC: on the basis of facts by way of interim direction we stay the order passed by concerned police official to stay the account of alibaba_cloud ..this is on assurance that petitioner will cooperate in investigation.

Justice Khanwilkar: list this matter after 6 weeks, and an application for preponement can be made if petitioner is not found to be cooperate in the investigation

Sr Adv Gopal Subramanium: they need help from technical people so we will help them

Mishra: total fraud is of about 97 lakhs.

SC: Is petitioner responsible for that?

Mishra: I am not saying that but just a security of Rs 1 crore

SC: This direction can be passed if and when needed in future
