Supreme Court issued notice in a plea by Amazon challenging the DelhiHC order which had stayed the further proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal in Amazon NV Investment Holdings LLC Vs Future Coupons Private Limited, SIAC Arbitration No 960 of 2020.

Sr Adv Gopal Subramonium for Amazon- Am I audible milord.

CJI- you are unnecessarily highlighting what we have observed. Anyway we will issue notice.

Sr Adv Rohatgi- Kindly keep it after next week. Mr Salve has to appear for R-1, he has some difficulty for appearing next week.

CJI- When is the matter listed before the HC?

Rohatgi- In 3rd week of March.

CJI- Okay on 23/02/2022. We will hear the matter without any adjournment. Issued Notice
