Bench: Tell us one thing? When will it be heard now?
Sibal: I only want my app to be heard. Let it be heard on re opening.
Sibal: He's a very sick man and 73 years old. It was filed on March 25.

Sibal: Lordships had said to be heard in a month we're in June almost.
Justice BVN: Because vacation matter had not been listed.
Order: Because of paucity of time it appears that Petitioner's bail plea pending has not been heard by the HC. We're not examining the issue, but the petitioner has already filed the bail plea. We direct the HC to hear the case as expeditiously as possible.
J Rastogi: You want a date?
Sibal: yes my lords. 10 days perhaps.
J BVN: We cannot give a date.
Order: We hope it's heard and taken up expeditiously.
J Rastogi: In trial courts they keep asking for extension after extension.
J BVN: If you move an application to be listed, you take advantage of that and argue.
Sibal (laughs): Deeply obliged.

The application was filed on March 25 and was listed on 3 occasions and it appears that due to paucity for this time it could not be heard.
The petitioner is at liberty to file an application for early listing of his bail.

We hope & trust that the matter will be expeditiously heard and that the app is taken on board & be heard expeditiously. With the above observation, the application stands disposed of.
