Sibal: Lordships had said to be heard in a month we're in June almost.

Justice BVN: Because vacation matter had not been listed.

J Rastogi: You want a date?

Sibal: yes my lords. 10 days perhaps.

J BVN: We cannot give a date.
Order: We hope it's heard and taken up expeditiously.

J Rastogi: In trial courts they keep asking for extension after extension.

J BVN: If you move an application to be listed, you take advantage of that and argue.

Sibal (laughs): Deeply obliged.

ORDER
The application was filed on March 25 and was listed on 3 occasions and it appears that due to paucity for this time it could not be heard.

We hope & trust that the matter will be expeditiously heard and that the app is taken on board & be heard expeditiously. With the above observation, the application stands disposed of.
