Supreme Court bail rejected Arms Act

SupremeCourt refuses to grant bail to a man accused for offences punishable under Sections 307, 452, 384, 387/120-B IPC and Sections 3/25, 5/27 and 35 of Arms Act.

Justice Kant- Its a clear case of of misusing a concession of a bail says the Supreme Court while hearing a matter related to bail.

Petitioner- Even the charges have not been framed in this case milord. I have been languishing in jail for the last two & a half year.

Adv Gurkirat Gaur for State of Rajasthan- He is the habitual offender and (connectivity problem)

CJI- Dont you have laptop or computer? Why you appearing through phone? 
Respondent- Laptop not working milord.

CJI- we are not inclined to grant bail, we direct the trial court to expedite the trial.

Before the High Court the State had argued that the petitioner along with the other co-accused persons entered into the shop of the complainant and one of the accused person fired gunshot because the complainant refused to pay them extortion money
