Supreme Court concern of Nitrogen Oxides Air pollution

SupremeCourt to hear a plea that raises a concern of Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) pollution.

Bench: Why don't you go to the government?

Adv: for 35 industries, the NOx and SOx standards are not set.

Bench: Go to principal bench. Don't they have jurisdiction? Please go there please. We can't entertain.

Bench: First approach the government, then come here. You are happily in USA. You are 75 years old living in USA.

Adv: ALSO in USA.

Bench: haha, we will be flooded with peititons if we take this up. We don't have the know-how to handle it. We have special tribunals.

Bench: Dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty to approach the relevant authority.
