Sr Adv Mukul Rohatgi: My client is in custody. Everyone else has gotten bail. Maximum sentence is seven years.
ASG: The sentence is 30 years
ASG: West Bengal is siding with the accused. They have no business here.
SC: We'll give you two weeks to file a counter affidavit.
