Supreme Court NCDRC disapproval

SupremeCourt expresses disapproval in the manner which was adopted by NCDRC to breach orders of the top court directing disposal of cases relating to grievance of home buyers.

SC: Such kind of an order defeats the objective of Consumer protection act and more so the judge has breached the orders of this court which should have been followed with diligence. We express our disapproval.

SC: we thus direct NCDRC President to have this matter heard and decided by a bench within 3 months from today and submit a report of compliance with the registry of the Supreme Court.
