Khanwilkar J: Did you not give notice them before you were mentioning. You cannot give the other side by surprise.

Counsel for Uttarkhand: We have filed 4 FIRs

KapilSibal : the next event is in Himachal milords. We have filed an application for the imploding them.

Khanwilkar J: We are given the application now.

Sibal: The event is on Sunday, we are seeing what is happening.

Khanwilkar J: List this on next Friday. Liberty to serve standing counsel. Needless to observe the applicant is free to intimate the concerned authority where the event is supposed to take place.
