Supreme Court to hear the case of reinstatement of a woman Additional District Judge (ADJ) who had to resign from the service in 2014 in the wake of unbearable circumstances which amounted to an act of constructive termination.

Sr Adv Indira Jaising: there is no statement to say that the decision is of the Chief Justice of MP HC or the full court

Justice L Nageswara Rao: you can make these arguments during final hearing

Counsel for MP HC: We have filed an affidavit last year. our stand remains the same

SC: But we have passed subsequent orders. what is your reply to that

Counsel of HC: our stand remains the same

Matter to be heard on January 27 2021 for final hearing
