Supreme Court to hear the case of reinstatement of a woman Additional District Judge (ADJ) who had to resign from the service in 2014 in the wake of “unbearable circumstances” — which amounted to an act of constructive termination.

Justice L Nageswara Rao: you can make these arguments during final hearing

Counsel for MP HC: We have filed an affidavit last year. our stand remains the same

SC: But we have passed subsequent orders. what is your reply to that

Counsel of HC: our stand remains the same

Matter to be heard on January 27 2021 for final hearing
