CJI: one thing youve to remember You shouldnt take sides. It has to be fair investigation. In criminal offences, investigating agencies have to be neutral. Thats what we want

CJI: let them register 100 FIRs

Sr Adv Basant: 200 crores have been paid to silence witness. Itll be dangerous to release this petitioner.

CJI: You want to file proceedings to settle scores. We dont allow that. If they want to book FIR let them book we have nothing to do with that

CJI: Were not going to look into those things. Its a case for bail, well decide whether to grant bail or not. Dont enlarge scope of this matter. This is simple case for bail
